  1. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and drive financial objectives.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, forecast financial performance, and provide insights to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the company to gather and analyze financial data.
  4. Develop and maintain financial models to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  5. Monitor and report on financial performance, including variances to budget and forecast.
  6. Communicate financial findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  7. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial analysis and reporting.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and real estate.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
  12. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Sound Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, As Well As Advanced Excel Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
