- Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of financial data, including but not limited to budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information, identify trends, and provide insights on financial performance
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic factors that may impact the organization's financial performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes
- Communicate financial analysis and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing financial procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in order to continuously improve financial analysis and reporting processes
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
Proficient In Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel And Other Financial Software.
