- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all properties under CBRE Group.
- Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with safety and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement maintenance and safety procedures to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Stay updated on industry standards and trends to ensure that facilities are up to par with industry standards.
- Create and maintain detailed records of all facility-related activities, including maintenance schedules, budgets, and expenses.
- Respond to emergency situations and make quick decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve facility operations and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Or Property Management Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
