In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of facilities.
  3. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety and environmental sustainability.
  6. Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the organization.
  8. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and any potential issues or challenges.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administration, staff, and external partners.
  12. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the facilities management team.
  13. Handle any emergency situations or crises that may arise and implement effective solutions.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Facilities Personnel, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Equipment And Systems, Such As Hvac, Plumbing, And Medical Gas Systems.
