
Facilities Manager (Hospital/Healthcare FM Experience)

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of facilities.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety and environmental sustainability.
- Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the organization.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility operations and any potential issues or challenges.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administration, staff, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the facilities management team.
- Handle any emergency situations or crises that may arise and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulatory Standards And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience Managing A Team Of Facilities Personnel, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Familiarity With Healthcare Equipment And Systems, Such As Hvac, Plumbing, And Medical Gas Systems.
