
Facilities Manager - Client Based
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE Group, in a client-based role. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our client's facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and meet their needs. You will work closely with both our clients and our internal team to develop and implement efficient facility management strategies. - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our client's facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and meet their needs.
- Develop and implement efficient facility management strategies in collaboration with clients and internal team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their facility needs and provide exceptional service.
- Manage a team of facility staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
- Develop and monitor facility budgets, making cost-effective decisions to ensure financial targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in facility management to improve processes and services.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for facility staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise, such as power outages or natural disasters.
- Communicate and work closely with our internal team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery for our clients.
- Represent CBRE Group in a professional and positive manner to clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously strive to improve facility operations and service delivery, seeking feedback from clients and implementing necessary changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Safety.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Client-Based Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Client Relationships And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Proven Experience In Managing Budgets, Vendor Contracts, And Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives.
