  1. Oversee Facilities Operations: The Executive Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and budget management.
  2. Lead and Develop Team: The Executive Director will be responsible for managing and developing a team of facilities professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance.
  3. Develop Strategic Plans: The Executive Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the facilities department, including identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and improving overall efficiency.
  4. Ensure Smooth and Efficient Operations: The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are operating smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruptions or downtime.
  5. Budget Management: The Executive Director will be responsible for creating and managing the facilities budget, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  6. Maintain Compliance: The Executive Director will ensure that all facilities operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Bay Area.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Experience Managing A Large Team And Overseeing Multiple Facilities In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Facility Operations And Maintenance.
