- Oversee Facilities Operations: The Executive Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and budget management.
- Lead and Develop Team: The Executive Director will be responsible for managing and developing a team of facilities professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance.
- Develop Strategic Plans: The Executive Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the facilities department, including identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and improving overall efficiency.
- Ensure Smooth and Efficient Operations: The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are operating smoothly and efficiently, with minimal disruptions or downtime.
- Budget Management: The Executive Director will be responsible for creating and managing the facilities budget, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Maintain Compliance: The Executive Director will ensure that all facilities operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster Collaboration: The Executive Director will work closely with other departments and teams within the company to foster collaboration and ensure the facilities department is meeting the needs of the organization.

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Bay Area.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Experience Managing A Large Team And Overseeing Multiple Facilities In A Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Plans For Facility Operations And Maintenance.
