- Coordinate and oversee all facility operations, maintenance, and projects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve facility operations and increase efficiency.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective and timely execution of facility-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility maintenance and project progress.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify any potential issues and proactively address them.
- Manage and track facility budgets, expenses, and contracts.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on the quality of services.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any facility emergencies or urgent requests.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate facility staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management processes.

Knowledge Of Building Maintenance And Repair: A Facilities Coordinator At Cbre Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Building Maintenance And Repair Processes, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, And General Building Upkeep.
Experience With Project Management: This Role Requires Overseeing Multiple Projects And Ensuring They Are Completed On Time And Within Budget. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Effectively Prioritize Tasks.
