  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for business development within the facilities management industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand CBRE Group's market share.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the facilities industry.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on facilities management services and industry trends.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure CBRE Group's services are in line with legal requirements.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve team goals.
  10. Represent CBRE Group at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  11. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.
  12. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and strategies.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for CBRE Group, promoting our services and values to potential and existing clients.
