We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive for Pre-Sales Support and Sales Operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in our business growth by providing strategic support to our sales team and ensuring efficient operations.   1. Provide strategic support to the sales team to drive business growth.
  2. Ensure efficient and smooth sales operations by implementing and maintaining processes and procedures.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales performance and market trends analysis.
  6. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  7. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company.
  8. Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists.
  9. Manage and track sales leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
  10. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and networking opportunities.
  11. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
  12. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
  13. Stay updated on industry news and trends to provide valuable insights and support to the sales team.
  14. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and coworkers.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Pre-Sales Support Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Commercial Real Estate Industry And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Sales Processes And Supporting Sales Teams To Achieve Targets.
