4. Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in all facilities.
7. Develop and manage budget for facility maintenance and repairs.
8. Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
9. Train and supervise a team of facility maintenance staff.
10. Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve facility management processes and procedures.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement in facility management.
13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
14. Act as a point of contact for all facility-related emergencies.
15. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on facility operations and maintenance.
