  1. Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs across the organization.
  2. Create and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support sustainable initiatives.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
  4. Develop and manage a budget for energy and sustainability programs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Create and present reports on the progress and impact of energy and sustainability programs to senior management.
  8. Identify and implement strategies to reduce the organization's carbon footprint and promote energy efficiency.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
  10. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote sustainability awareness and encourage participation.
  11. Identify and implement innovative solutions to promote renewable energy sources and reduce reliance on non-renewable resources.
  12. Train and educate employees on sustainable practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the organization's sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve energy and sustainability programs to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  15. Lead and mentor a team of energy and sustainability professionals to drive innovation and achieve results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Energy Management, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Energy And Sustainability.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
