  1. Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs and initiatives to drive change towards a more sustainable future for CBRE Group.
  2. Create and execute strategies to promote energy efficiency and environmental responsibility across the global organization.
  3. Monitor and track progress of energy and sustainability programs, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for energy management and sustainability.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in energy management and sustainability to continuously improve CBRE Group's strategies and initiatives.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on energy and sustainability matters.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to leverage resources and expertise for CBRE Group's energy and sustainability efforts.
  9. Communicate the importance of energy efficiency and sustainability to all levels of the organization and motivate employees to embrace these practices.
  10. Lead and manage projects related to energy and sustainability, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to energy and sustainability.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve CBRE Group's sustainability performance and report on progress to senior management.
  13. Act as a role model for sustainability within the organization, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility and accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Energy Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Sustainability Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Energy Efficiency And Sustainability Practices, Including Leed Certification And Green Building Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Energy And Sustainability Programs, Including Budget Management And Stakeholder Engagement.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
