Job Description

CBRE Group is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Energy & Sustainability Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy and sustainability programs across our portfolio of properties, driving innovation and cost-saving initiatives.   1. Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs across the organization's portfolio of properties.
  2. Drive innovation and cost-saving initiatives related to energy and sustainability.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of sustainability efforts.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of energy and sustainability programs.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  6. Monitor and track the organization's energy consumption and sustainability performance to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to property managers and other team members on sustainable practices and initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay informed and explore potential collaborations.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the organization's energy and sustainability efforts, including progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  10. Identify and pursue opportunities for certifications and recognitions related to sustainability and energy efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to energy and sustainability and ensure the organization remains in compliance.
  12. Act as a champion for sustainability within the organization and promote a culture of environmental responsibility and awareness.
  13. Manage budget and resources for energy and sustainability programs.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize energy and sustainability practices within the organization.
  15. Communicate and educate stakeholders, including employees, clients, and tenants, on the organization's energy and sustainability efforts and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy Management, Sustainability, Or Environmental Consulting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Or Energy Engineering.

  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Budgeting, Proposal Writing, And Stakeholder Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Energy And Sustainability Regulations, Standards, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders To Drive Sustainable Initiatives And Achieve Energy Efficiency Goals.
