  1. Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs and initiatives for CBRE Group.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability goals and objectives.
  4. Identify and evaluate potential sustainability projects and initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners.
  6. Lead and manage a team responsible for implementing and maintaining sustainability programs.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability efforts.
  8. Identify and implement best practices for energy efficiency and conservation.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for sustainability programs and initiatives.
  10. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and energy efficiency for the company.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainability and energy efficiency.
  13. Communicate and promote the company's sustainability efforts internally and externally.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance sustainability efforts within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy Management, Sustainability, Or Environmental Consulting.

  • Knowledge Of Local And National Energy Codes, Regulations, And Sustainability Standards.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Implement Sustainability Initiatives And Track Progress.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
