- Monitor and track energy consumption and costs for clients, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy management and sustainability.
- Collaborate with clients, property managers, and other team members to implement energy efficiency measures and promote sustainable practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support for their energy management goals.
- Utilize analytical tools and software to evaluate energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our energy management services.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of energy data and reports for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on energy management and sustainability for the team and clients.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Economics, Or Environmental Science.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Energy Analysis Or Sustainability Consulting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends.
Proficiency In Energy Modeling Software Such As Energyplus, Equest, Or Rem/Rate.
Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency Strategies And Renewable Energy Technologies.
