As an Energy Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients reduce their energy consumption and costs, while also promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.   1. Conduct energy audits and analyze data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings for our clients.
  2. Develop and implement energy management strategies and plans for commercial real estate properties.
  3. Monitor and track energy consumption and costs for clients, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy management and sustainability.
  5. Collaborate with clients, property managers, and other team members to implement energy efficiency measures and promote sustainable practices.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support for their energy management goals.
  7. Utilize analytical tools and software to evaluate energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Assist with the development of proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our energy management services.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of energy data and reports for clients.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on energy management and sustainability for the team and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Economics, Or Environmental Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Energy Analysis Or Sustainability Consulting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Trends.

  • Proficiency In Energy Modeling Software Such As Energyplus, Equest, Or Rem/Rate.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency Strategies And Renewable Energy Technologies.
