  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical engineering projects within the company.
  2. Ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of project plans, designs, and specifications.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to execute projects successfully.
  9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies.
  12. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  13. Prepare and present reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to achieve project goals.
  15. Mentor and train junior engineers and interns within the company.
  16. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Construction Or Facilities Management Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Engineering Principles, Codes, And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Electrical Engineering Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.
