- Manage and oversee large-scale occupancy projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of occupancy plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and align occupancy strategies accordingly.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in occupancy management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements and space contracts with landlords on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of occupancy management professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of occupancy processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on occupancy management, providing guidance and expertise to clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and collaborate with sales teams to secure new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to occupancy and space utilization.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing expertise in occupancy management and promoting CBRE Group's services.
Extensive Experience In Real Estate: The Ideal Candidate For A Director Of Occupancy Management At Cbre Group Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Real Estate Industry, With A Focus On Occupancy Management. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Lease Agreements, Market Trends, And Space Planning.
