  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize space utilization across our portfolio of properties, taking into consideration client needs and workplace experience
  • Utilize expertise in space planning, facility management, and process improvement to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings
  • Effectively manage large-scale occupancy projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, using insights to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team of occupancy management professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals and individual development
  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the occupancy management process
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant strategies and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to occupancy management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure that client needs and expectations are met or exceeded in all aspects of occupancy management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Real Estate, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Occupancy Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lease Agreements, Lease Negotiation, And Lease Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Occupancy Management, Including Cost Optimization, Space Utilization, And Lease Compliance.
