CBRE Group is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Data Governance and Quality Engineer Lead. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures, as well as continuously improving data quality across our organization.   1. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across the organization.
  2. Continuously monitor and improve data quality through data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes.
  3. Lead data governance initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data governance best practices.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, and ensure data governance policies align with business objectives.
  5. Establish and maintain data quality standards, guidelines, and metrics to measure and report on data quality.
  6. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on data governance and quality, providing guidance and support to teams across the organization.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to promote data governance awareness and ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
  9. Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to data governance and quality, and make recommendations for improvements to processes and tools.
  10. Drive a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the importance of data governance and quality throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Privacy Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Experience Leading Data Quality Initiatives, Including Data Profiling, Cleansing, And Standardization.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Data Management Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Etl, And Data Modeling.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Data Governance And Quality Programs.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Data Governance And Quality Improvements.
