Job Description

Develop and maintain EHS related Google Site Pages. Leads cross-functional design projects and programs from end-to-end involving the EHS team. Research when needed for the best platform or vendor to use for specific projects. Become the subject matter expert on new projects and initiatives. Ensures all projects remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Monitor and analyze program metrics and work with individuals on the information required to develop detailed dashboards. Develop dashboards that will be used to visualize metrics and present to leadership. Create an enhanced user experience on various internal web pages including but not limited to; sites pages, help centers, and cloud based platforms (Drive). Develop layouts/styles for marketing content such as; flyers, website content, infographics, etc. Draft, edit, and review communication plans, emails, etc.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Minimum five years of related experience performing duties identified in the responsibilities listed.

  • Must be proficient in working with Google Sites, developing dashboards, Google Suites and other Google platforms.
