  1. Provide technical expertise and support for the maintenance and operation of conveyor systems at various facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment related to conveyor systems.
  3. Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of conveyor systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and facility managers, to develop and implement solutions for complex technical challenges.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of conveyor systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain maintenance and repair procedures for conveyor systems.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in conveyor system design, maintenance, and operation.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to conveyor systems.
  10. Monitor and analyze data from conveyor systems to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment for conveyor system maintenance and repairs.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on conveyor system maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
  13. Participate in project planning and budgeting for conveyor system maintenance and upgrades.
  14. Adhere to company standards and procedures while delivering high-quality work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Troubleshooting Conveyor Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Conveyor System Components, Such As Motors, Belts, Rollers, And Controls.

  • Proficiency In Autocad And Other Relevant Engineering Software.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
