  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  3. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, proactively implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
  5. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with all necessary parties to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the project site.
  7. Manage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  8. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that project plans and specifications are accurate and feasible.
  9. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on the project site.
  10. Identify and manage risks associated with the project, developing contingency plans as needed.
  11. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, budget, and any issues or concerns.
  12. Mentor and supervise junior project managers and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve project management processes and procedures.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to excellence and innovation, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed quality standards and expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In Commercial Real Estate.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Industry Standards, Building Codes, And Regulations.
