  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and milestones are completed on time.
  3. Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects stay within budget.
  4. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction progress is on track and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  6. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  7. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  8. Oversee and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among project team members.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in construction management.
  13. Train and mentor junior project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Represent CBRE Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably Within The Commercial Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Codes, Regulations, And Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage Project Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, On Time And Within Budget.
