  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or delays
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
  • Proactively identify and resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and adhere to industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Oversee Multiple Construction Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Experience In Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Management.
