We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Management Director to join our team. As the Construction Project Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from conception to completion. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record in project management, construction, and team leadership.   1. Oversee all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against project goals.
  3. Coordinate and manage all project team members, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns or issues.
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  7. Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, and provide regular cost reports to senior management.
  8. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  9. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in construction project management and incorporate them into project strategies.
  11. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote repeat business and referrals.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve project processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build relationships.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects From Conception To Completion.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Liaise With Clients, Contractors, And Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Construction Industry Regulations, Codes, And Standards, As Well As Experience In Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.
