  1. Oversee all aspects of commercial property development projects from conception to completion.
  2. Plan and execute project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure all parties are aligned.
  4. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Communicate project progress to senior management, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations throughout the project.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators and assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during the project.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve project management processes.
  13. Represent CBRE Group in a professional manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  14. Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Property Project Management, Preferably At A Real Estate Firm Or Developer.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Real Estate Market Trends, Property Management, And Construction Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Commercial Property Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Contractors, And Team Members.
