  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by being the first point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
  2. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and consistently delivering high-quality service.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and other CBRE departments to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  4. Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents, to support the smooth operation of the team.
  5. Manage client databases and update records accurately to ensure the accuracy of information.
  6. Utilize various software and tools to generate reports, track progress, and analyze data to improve service delivery.
  7. Take ownership of client requests and follow up in a timely and professional manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations for service enhancement.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Client Services Coordinator Must Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Management.
