
Business Unit Sales Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the business unit sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support the sales team in identifying potential clients and developing strategies to reach them.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and assist with client events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Take ownership of special projects and tasks assigned by the sales team or management.
- Uphold company standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Or A Related Field.
