In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our business unit sales team in driving revenue and achieving sales goals.   1. Provide administrative support to the business unit sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
  2. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  3. Conduct market research and gather data to support the sales team in identifying potential clients and developing strategies to reach them.
  4. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in CRM systems.
  6. Prepare and distribute sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Monitor and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
  9. Coordinate and assist with client events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  11. Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members.
  12. Take ownership of special projects and tasks assigned by the sales team or management.
  13. Uphold company standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Job Qualifications
