  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
  2. Maintain and update sales databases and CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information.
  3. Assist in the creation and preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  4. Coordinate and track sales leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  8. Assist in the coordination and planning of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  9. Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support the sales team.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Commercial Property Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities.
