  1. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client databases.
  2. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  3. Coordinate and track sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and outreach efforts.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  7. Prepare and review sales reports and presentations to present to clients and upper management.
  8. Ensure all sales documents and contracts are accurate and up-to-date.
  9. Assist with the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed recommendations to the sales team.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent CBRE Group in a positive manner at all times.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the business unit.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by supporting and assisting team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
