- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client databases.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate and track sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and outreach efforts.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and review sales reports and presentations to present to clients and upper management.
- Ensure all sales documents and contracts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed recommendations to the sales team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent CBRE Group in a positive manner at all times.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the business unit.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by supporting and assisting team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
