  1. Act as a key point of contact and support for the sales team, providing them with administrative assistance and ensuring their needs are met.
  2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the sales process, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining client databases.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures and proposals, to attract potential clients and promote our services.
  5. Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  7. Organize and maintain sales records and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference.
  8. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement them to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  9. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to the growth of the business unit.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Crm Software.
