  1. Provide administrative support to business unit leaders by managing their calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize important documents, records, and data related to the business unit's operations.
  3. Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  5. Monitor and track expenses for the business unit, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the business unit.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
  8. Participate in meetings and take accurate minutes, disseminating key information to relevant parties.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the business unit.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
  12. Uphold the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions.
  13. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by business unit leaders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Project Management Software, Such As Asana Or Trello.
