  1. Conduct data analysis and provide strategic insights to support business decision-making and drive growth.
  2. Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to gather, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's data analysis capabilities.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  7. Communicate complex data and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting data issues.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and present actionable insights to senior management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on real estate market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  12. Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to assist with business strategy and planning.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and enhance data infrastructure and systems.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
  15. Continuously improve and develop new data analysis methods and techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
