  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand CBRE Group's client base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  4. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for CBRE Group.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
  7. Represent CBRE Group at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  8. Track and report on business development activities and progress to senior management.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve business development strategies and processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior business development team members to achieve their targets and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Account Management, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Identifying And Pursuing New Business Opportunities, Building And Maintaining Client Relationships, And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Develop Effective Business Development Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Proposals To Clients And Senior Management.
