Job Description

As a member of the Cultivation Communications Center, day-to-day activities will include, but not be limited to: Evaluates and identifies trends in cultivation by analyzing data. Collects and examines data to create insights and opportunity identification for cultivation leadership. Supports analytical outputs and data gathering required by Cultivation leadership. Review past cultivation pursuits to report on trends to inform current state efforts. Responsible for supporting the execution of specific deliverables such as target research, dossiers, relationship mapping, industry influences and market outlooks with minimal oversight. Works day-to-day with cultivation leadership to address ad hoc reporting requests, data needs and analytics. Collaborate with team members across the Cultivation Control Center.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced graduate degree preferred, but not required.

  • Experience in Restructuring Advisory, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.

  • Experience in organizational transformation, restructuring, turnarounds, and operational improvements.

  • Proficiency in database applications and tools preferred, such as Salesforce, Tableau and Smartsheet but not required.
