  4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

  7. Order and maintain inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to improve maintenance processes.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute building upgrades and renovations.
  11. Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Communicate effectively with tenants and building occupants regarding maintenance activities and schedules.
  14. Monitor and track energy usage and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Level Of A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Building Maintenance Technician Position At Cbre Group.
