As the Audit SOX Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of our internal controls and processes, while also identifying areas for improvement.   1. Lead and manage all aspects of the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and other business partners.
  3. Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and standards.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.
  6. Monitor and track remediation efforts for identified control deficiencies.
  7. Provide guidance and training to other team members on SOX compliance and audit best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure the audit program remains current.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve overall business processes and controls.
  10. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Act as a liaison between external auditors and the company during the annual audit.
  12. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed audit documentation.
  15. Uphold the company's ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Sox Compliance: The Ideal Candidate For An Audit Sox Manager Job At Cbre Group Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sox Compliance Regulations And Requirements.
