Your expertise in managing AV equipment, coordinating with vendors and clients, and leading a team of technicians will be essential in ensuring seamless and top-notch audio visual experiences for our clients.If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in audio visual management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you.   1. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio visual systems in various properties.
  2. Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery of audio visual services.
  4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for audio visual equipment and services.
  5. Ensure that all audio visual equipment is in good working condition and conduct regular inspections and maintenance.
  6. Stay updated on the latest audio visual technology, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the services provided.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate audio visual services into various events and projects.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory of audio visual equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio visual equipment and systems in a timely manner.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  11. Prepare and manage budgets for audio visual services and equipment.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to audio visual services and equipment.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audio visual services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Audio Visual Technology, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Audio Visual Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Audio Visual Equipment, Including Projectors, Sound Systems, Video Conferencing Technology, Etc.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work With Clients.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Audio Visual Systems, As Well As A Willingness To Stay Updated On New Technologies And Trends.
