- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) department.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of clients' ELV systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ELV systems to continuously improve services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building systems.
- Monitor and maintain department budget and expenses.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle any escalations or issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with necessary resources and support.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects and activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
- Continuously assess and adjust department goals to align with company objectives.
Experience In Managing Elv Projects: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Elv (Electrical Low Voltage) Projects, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.
Knowledge Of Building Systems: Strong Understanding Of Various Building Systems Such As Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, And Cctv Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Bms (Building Management Systems).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency In Elv System Design, Installation, And Maintenance, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Industry Certifications: Possession Of Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Cts (Certified Technology Specialist) Or Rcdd (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) Is Preferred. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Elv Systems.
