As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of ELV systems, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' properties.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) department.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of clients' ELV systems.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
  4. Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ELV systems to continuously improve services.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building systems.
  7. Monitor and maintain department budget and expenses.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  10. Handle any escalations or issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with necessary resources and support.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline operations.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects and activities.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  15. Continuously assess and adjust department goals to align with company objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Managing Elv Projects: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Elv (Electrical Low Voltage) Projects, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Systems: Strong Understanding Of Various Building Systems Such As Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, And Cctv Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Bms (Building Management Systems).

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency In Elv System Design, Installation, And Maintenance, Including The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.

  • Industry Certifications: Possession Of Relevant Industry Certifications Such As Cts (Certified Technology Specialist) Or Rcdd (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) Is Preferred. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Elv Systems.
