Job Description

If so, CBRE Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team and oversee small projects and moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for our clients. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.   1. Oversee small projects and moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for clients.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues.
  4. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
  5. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and stakeholders.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations.
  11. Provide guidance and support to team members and contractors.
  12. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  13. Conduct project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
  14. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
  16. Mentor and train junior project management staff.
