Triaging site help requests in bug format. Managing template change requests for internal change management tools. Assessing feedback/feature requests for internal tools from sites. Add those activities to the Risk Tracker in a structured and high quality manner, based on appropriate forms and risk calculators. Bug triage for new items. Working with site DCOps POCs (global) weekly to ensure items are up to date. Coordinating meetings with SMEs to discuss escalations. Initiate entries of events on incident and root cause tracker Drafting and entering technical writer intake bugs for postmortem events. Coordinating with sites or issue owners (engineering teams, supplier quality teams, etc.) to ensure postmortem bug statuses up to date and relevant. Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team). Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.
