  1. Manage and oversee construction projects in the state of Texas.

  3. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  5. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
  7. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  9. Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.
  11. Proactively identify and address any project risks or challenges.
  12. Use project management software to track progress and manage tasks.
  13. Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management and construction.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Project Management Experience In The Construction Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Procore Or Microsoft Project
