  1. Assist in the management of various real estate properties, including but not limited to commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
  2. Work closely with experienced managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring that they are in compliance with all regulations and company standards.
  3. Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with appropriate vendors to address them in a timely manner.
  4. Assist in the preparation and review of budgets, financial reports, and other relevant documents for assigned properties.
  5. Communicate and collaborate effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues related to the properties.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including lease agreements, tenant information, and maintenance logs.
  7. Assist with the leasing and marketing of available properties, including conducting property showings and negotiating lease terms.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure properties are in compliance and identify potential areas for improvement or cost savings.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on property performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all aspects of property management.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the real estate industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Industry
