  1. Assisting the Real Estate Manager in all aspects of property management, including operations, financial performance, and tenant relations.
  2. Conducting regular property inspections and maintenance to ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with company standards.
  3. Assisting with the preparation and management of property budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  4. Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  5. Coordinating and overseeing the leasing process, including marketing, showing available spaces, and negotiating lease terms.
  6. Assisting with the preparation of leasing and occupancy reports, as well as other financial and operational reports as needed.
  7. Maintaining accurate and organized property records, including lease agreements, insurance certificates, and tenant information.
  8. Collaborating with various departments within CBRE, such as accounting, legal, and construction, to ensure effective and efficient property management.
  9. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in real estate management, and implementing new strategies to improve property performance.
  10. Embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and professional image of CBRE to clients, tenants, and vendors.
  11. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations.
  12. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in real estate management.
  13. Representing CBRE in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Budgeting.

  • Knowledge Of Local Real Estate Market Trends And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Tenant Relationships And Negotiate Contracts.
