  1. Support Real Estate Operations: The Assistant Real Estate Manager will be responsible for providing support to the real estate team in various operational tasks such as property management, leasing, and tenant relations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Real Estate Management, Preferably In Commercial Or Residential Properties.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Property Management Principles, Budgeting, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Tenants, Vendors, And Team Members.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software Systems.
