  1. Assist in the management of commercial real estate properties, including but not limited to, office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial complexes.
  2. Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance and repairs, tenant relations, and rent collection.
  3. Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager to develop and implement property budgets and financial plans.
  4. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all safety and building codes are met.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for tenants and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Prepare and review lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  7. Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized property records, including lease agreements, financial documents, and tenant information.
  9. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competition.
  10. Support the Real Estate Manager in coordinating and overseeing property renovations and capital improvement projects.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve property operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Real Estate Manager.
  14. Act as a representative of the company and uphold its values and standards at all times.
  15. Continuously strive to learn and develop skills in the real estate industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
