Job Description

As an Assistant Real Estate Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate managers in the day-to-day operations and management of our properties.   1. Provide administrative and organizational support to real estate managers in the management of properties.
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of property budgets and financial plans.
  3. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  4. Communicate regularly with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Conduct property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  6. Assist with lease negotiations and renewals, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including leases, contracts, and financial documents.
  8. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, accounting, and legal, to ensure smooth property operations.
  11. Handle any emergency situations or crises that may arise at the properties.
  12. Support the real estate managers in achieving occupancy and revenue goals for the properties.
  13. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on property performance and any issues or concerns.
  14. Mentor and train new team members as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in property management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate.

  • Knowledge Of Local Real Estate Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
