Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Real Estate Manager to join our team and help us manage and grow our portfolio of properties. As an Assistant Real Estate Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensuring their success.   1. Support the Real Estate Manager in overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
  2. Assist in the day-to-day operations of properties, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing budgets and expenses, and maintaining tenant relations.
  3. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  4. Collaborate with the leasing team to identify and secure new tenants for vacancies.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to make recommendations for pricing and occupancy strategies.
  6. Prepare and present reports to senior management on property performance, financials, and potential issues.
  7. Communicate regularly with property owners and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  8. Assist in developing and implementing property-specific strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
  9. Maintain knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, including property assistants and administrative staff.
  12. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
  14. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Real Estate Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Property Management Software.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Property Management Principles, Financial Analysis, And Budgeting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Clients, Tenants, And Team Members.
