- Support the operations and management of a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in creating and implementing property budgets and financial plans.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for property growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including leases, contracts, and financial documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on property performance and market trends.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and provide recommendations.
- Work closely with the Real Estate Manager to ensure all property operations are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to property management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in property management processes.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Real Estate, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Real Estate Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Local Real Estate Market Trends, Laws, And Regulations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Property Management Software.
