  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, including building systems and equipment, to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures for optimizing facility operations and reducing costs.
  3. Manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  4. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that services are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
  6. Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to contract terms.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and expenditures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that facilities operations align with overall company objectives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve services and processes.
  10. Respond to emergencies and urgent requests in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Monitor and manage facility budget to ensure all expenses are within approved limits.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Computer Programs And Systems Related To Facilities Management, Such As Cmms Software And Energy Management Systems.
